  Yarn making process

  P.E high density fiber raw material is heated, fused and compressed, FILM is produced, and TAPE TARM(line) is produced through extension operation.

  Production process

  According to the TAPE YARN(thread) specification for WINDING in BOBBIN, the CREEL is inserted and the warp is placed in the Weaving Machine, by using the power of the wool to move the weft left and right to form a structure.

  Coating process

  Mix and melt the L.D.P.E and COLOR MASTER BATCH(pigment) of the WOVEN CLOTH(cloth), and apply the coating process on the cloth.

  WELDING process

  The operation of joining the coated product to the required size.

• 05
  P.E – WINDING process

  Hang the coated cloth roller on the WINDING machine and wind it to the required length.
